Pupil Progression Plan Changes Posted for Public Comment

On Monday, September 28, 2026, the V. B. Glencoe Charter School Board of Directors will vote to approve proposed changes to the district’s Pupil Progression Plan. The Pupil Progression Plan is a Board approved policy document that lays out the rules for promotion, retention, remediation, and intervention. This year, the Louisiana Department of Education made several changes to state policy requiring local districts to make changes to their Pupil Progression Plans. The proposed plan is posted to the V. B. Glencoe Charter School is posted below along with a form for public comment. We encourage parents to view the plan and make comments. The deadline for submitting comments is September 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

​School Fees 
School fees for the 2026-2027 school year may be paid through our Online Fee Payment Portal. Discover is now accepted through the portal. Fees are due by August 31, 2026.  

 

Spirit Shirts
Spirit shirts ordered in the first round will be delived to school soon. The second window is now open for  new orders  at Jenz Trendz.

V. B. Glencoe Charter School is seeking applications for future employment of certified elementary, secondary, music, and foreign language teachers.  A critical shortage of certified teachers exists.  ​​​​​
